About the Instructor:
Sara Baggett is an instructor at Hickory Yoga & Wellness and has been incorporating mindfulness techniques for more than seven years. She has learned mindfulness practices through workshops and trainings on stress reduction, yoga, and meditation. In her classes she shares methods to stay present and move forward in positive directions. She has also incorporated many of these techniques in her time as a yoga teacher and social worker. Sara’s goal is to assist you on your journey to being more present and positive in your own life and with those you come in contact with.
