Your portal to the Upside Down World awaits in The Learning Lab! Celebrate the mysteries of Stranger Things for Random Fandom with “Friends Don’t Lie” friendship bracelets, sewn Demogorgon ornaments, and more! Feel free to dress in character too.

Library Card Required

A Hickory Public Library card is required to register for this program. If you need help with your card number, call us at 828-304-0500.

The Learning Lab

The Learning Lab is available to library patrons ages 7 and up. An adult must accompany users younger than age 12 at all times. A current Hickory Public Library card is required to use Learning Lab equipment. Patrons must sign the user agreement policy and participate in a free orientation session conducted by library staff before using the Lab.
