Qigong is a mind-body-spirit practice that integrates posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent. Taught by Diane Christensen of Inner Chi Arts. 

Bring a yoga mat or towel and water. Wear loose comfortable clothes to move in.
