Join the staff of Partners for courses on mental health topics the third Thursday of each month at 10:00 am. Continuing Education hours can be provided.
March topic: Caring for Our Aging Population: Integrated Care Approach
Join us for a presentation of the basic concepts of the integrated care approach with a focus on the unique health, mental health and substance abuse treatment needs of older adults. Collaborative approaches to care are highlighted.
