Annie Martin (aka Mossin’ Annie), owner of Mountain Moss Enterprises in Pisgah Forest, NC and nationally recognized author of The Magical World of Moss Gardening (Timber Press 2015), will speak all about growing, caring for, and utilizing moss in a sustainable landscape. Mossin’ Annie will emphasize aesthetic and environmental advantages of eco-friendly mosses in landscapes, garden design, botanical characteristics, selected moss species ID, and planting methods, and alternatives to grass lawns featuring mosses for shade and sun exposure.
