Calling all racing fans! Come and meet the Director of Historical Content & NASCAR Media, Ken Martin! Ken has worked for NASCAR for the past 15 years, contributing to producing historical documentaries, features, web content, and the NASCAR Hall of Fame. He is a lifelong racing fan who has worked in the preservation of historic auto racing films, videos, and photos for the past 41 years. 

Ken is a native of Lynchburg, VA, and a graduate of the University of Lynchburg as a history major. In 1982, Ken was added to the ESPN NASCAR production crew as its Historian, Booth Statistics, and Associate Producer. He is a veteran with over 500 race broadcasts in practically every significant motorsports series worldwide. Ken has been heavily involved in NASCAR’s planning and presentations for its 75th Anniversary celebration in the 2023 season, has met and/or interviewed 61 of the 64 inductees in the NASCAR Hall of Fame, and worked with every broadcaster who has received the Squier Hall Award.
