Event Details

Design a unique gift for your loved ones just in time for Mother’s Day! Drop by The Learning Lab during Open Lab hours on Tuesday to create a keychain personalized with your handwriting! Pick a shape in TinkerCAD, write your message, choose the color, and surprise someone special! Keychains will be 3D printed and can be picked up throughout the week.

The Learning Lab

The Learning Lab is available to library patrons ages 7 and up. An adult must accompany users younger than age 12 at all times. A current Hickory Public Library card is required to use Learning Lab equipment. Patrons must sign the user agreement policy and participate in a free orientation session conducted by library staff before using the Lab.
