Program Description
Event Details
Join us for a creative, hands‑on workshop where we transform vintage dictionary pages into unique art prints. Participants can design their images in Canva and print them, use library‑provided stencils as guides for painting, or freehand their own artwork. We’ll explore simple mixed‑media techniques, experiment with inspiring images and quotes, and everyone will leave with a one‑of‑a‑kind piece ready to display or gift. All supplies provided; no artistic experience needed!

The Learning Lab
The Learning Lab is available to library patrons ages 12 and up. A current Hickory Public Library card is required to use Learning Lab equipment. Patrons must sign the user agreement policy and participate in a free orientation session conducted by library staff before using the Lab.
