Polymer Clay Oven & Never Knead Machine

The Learning Lab features one AMACO Countertop Clay Oven and one Never Knead Machine. 

• The clay oven has a maximum temperature of 300 degrees Fahrenheit and is compatible with polymer clays.
• The internal dimensions of the oven are 11"x5"x7.5" with a capacity of 540cu. 
• The Never Knead Machine can be used to condition clay and/or mix colors. 
• Clay sculpting tools, a baking thermometer, and standard oven mitts are provided by the Library but patrons will need to supply their own polymer clay. All materials must be approved by staff before use.
• To use the clay oven, patrons must have a valid Hickory Public Library card and complete a brief orientation to ensure proper use and safety.
