Meeting Room
Located off the 1st floor lobby, to the right of the main entrance. Check in at the Circulation Desk on the 1st floor when you arrive to be let into the room and to check out any requested equipment.
2025-2026 Fees:
- Government or Nonprofit Agency: No Charge
- Business: up to 4 hours - $100.00
- Business: up to 8 hours - $200.00
A whiteboard is available on the front wall. A Vibe Smartboard, with Logitech Meetup Camera and Microphone may be reserved for presentations or virtual meetings. A laptop may be reserved for presentations.
Users are responsible for setting up tables and chairs. Maximum capacity with chairs & tables is 75. Maximum capacity with chairs only is 99. Furniture should be returned to the posted arrangement at the end of your meeting.
