This Spring Break, we're visiting Catawba Science Center for a planetarium show. In "Dinosaurs: A Story of Survival", a curious girl named Celeste learns from a magical guide, Moon, that dinosaurs aren't truly gone but have evolved into birds.

Participants will learn chess basics, strategies, and tactics by playing with other chess enthusiasts in the community. All skill levels, from beginners to champions, are welcome.

Munchkin Music is a joyful, high-energy program where little ones sing, dance, and move to the beat with instructor Rhonda Lickman. Kids ages 2-4 will explore rhythm, play instruments, and discover the magic of music in a playful, hands-on way.

Join us for a reception for the Senior Games Silver Arts Exhibit. Artists are invited to pick up their artwork from The Learning Lab and stop by the meeting room for the reception.

Metal embossing is a fun and surprisingly easy craft that lets you create beautiful raised designs on metal. This class led by Andy Chrem teaches the basic techniques to transform a thin piece of metal into a work of art.

Socializing is easy at the library! Preschool families can join this program for structured literacy supported play. This program is best suited for ages 2-4.

Learn how to be money smart by playing math games, creating a piggy bank, learning how to stick to a budget, and more!
