Inspired by the Michael C. Thorpe exhibit at the Hickory Museum of Art, create a self-portrait through fabric collage and then walk through the gallery to see Thorpe’s work, No Expectations.

The Learning Lab is available to library patrons ages 12 and up. A current Hickory Public Library card is required to use Learning Lab equipment. Patrons must sign the user agreement policy and participate in a free orientation session conducted by library staff before using the Lab.
